Policy Briefs

Policy Briefs published within the NORCA platform translate academic research into concise, accessible, and policy-relevant insights for policymakers, practitioners, civil society organisations, and international stakeholders.

These briefs draw on empirical findings and comparative research conducted within EU-funded projects coordinated or hosted at Lund University. They address key challenges related to governance, law, migration, corruption, development, and social transformation in Central Asia and other non-Western societies.

NORCA Policy Briefs are designed to:

  • bridge the gap between academic research and policy debates;
  • provide evidence-based recommendations for decision-makers;
  • contribute to informed dialogue at national, regional, and international levels.
